Hands down, the best fitness center I've ever been to! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress. They pushed me to my limits and helped me achieve results I never thought were possible. The workouts are varied and challenging, but modified to suit all fitness levels. I've seen significant improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall physique since joining. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a motivating atmosphere. I've tried several gyms before, but this one stands out for its exceptional coaching and community. Highly recommend!

This place is great! Full of profesional a and with a unique atmosphere that really motivate us to workout. My younger son is a serious competitive soccer player, and is really enjoying his plan here, let's see the results when summer is over. Me and my wife are also attending the adult class, my wife loves the circuits and the motivation that comes from te coaches and the music!! Great Job D1 De Phillips!!

I signed my 12 year old son up at D1 Training this past month for ongoing group classes and it's been such a wonderful experience. The team at D1 is AMAZING! They are kind, professional, wonderful with kids and super motivating. They clearly have been trained by the best. My son is thoroughly enjoying his time there and learning a lot about his health and fitness. Their facility is super clean and wide-open making it easy to spot my son during his workouts. All-in-all I highly recommend D1 Training, it truly is a great place!!!!
